Drop-in Classes

The drop-in meditation classes are designed to help you learn simple meditations which you can practice at any time. They include a short teaching on how to live a happier life.

Each class is self-contained and suitable for everyone (non-Muslim only). No experience or booking required.

Classes are generally held weekly but please check our calendar for exact dates.

Meditation and Buddhism

THURSDAYS 11AM – 12PM, THURSDAYS 7.15PM – 8.15PM

These classes provide an introduction to Buddhist teachings and meditations. Through these we can learn how to use Buddha’s advice as a solution to our daily problems. In this way we come to experience a sense of peace and happiness in our lives.

Just drop in, no need to book. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners. The classes include two short guided meditations and a teaching.

LEARN TO MEDITATE

This class teaches how to use meditation to develop our inner good qualities, such as compassion, wisdom and peace. 

The class will be in English.

Just drop in, no need to book. Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators. The class includes two short guided meditations and a teaching.

SATURDAYS 12.15PM – 12.45PM

FREE 30 MINUTE MEDITATION

This class teaches simple breathing meditations, and how to apply meditation to strengthen our experience of inner peace.

The class will be given in English.

Just drop in, no need to book. Suitable for everyone. 

Free of charge.
