Have you always wanted to learn how to meditate? Or have friends who would like to know more on meditation?

This weekly drop-in class is designed to help you learn simple meditations which can be practised at home or any time you need a break from busy daily life.

Applying the methods taught will lead to peace and happiness, a sense of purpose, and harmony in your relationships.

The classes are suitable both for beginners and those wishing to improve their meditation practice.
