It’s fair to say that we live in troubled times. This can leave us all feeling fearful, anxious and powerless.

Discover the power of meditation to positively transform our lives, and in this way find peace and happiness, and be of real benefit to our family, friends and world.

In this series of classes with Gen Konchog, we will explore how Buddhist meditation enables everyone to recognize and let go of unhelpful habits of mind that give rise to the fear, anxiety and negativity that often arise when we meet difficulties in our life and world. In this way, we will learn how to access and maintain inner peace and pure happiness, even in the face of adversity. Through training in meditation, we can all become confident in our ability to solve our problems.

Have you always wanted to learn how to meditate? Or have friends who would like to know more on meditation?

This weekly drop-in class is designed to help you learn simple meditations which can be practised at home or any time you need a break from busy daily life.

Applying the methods taught will lead to peace and happiness, a sense of purpose, and harmony in your relationships.

The classes are suitable both for beginners and those wishing to improve their meditation practice.

All donations are used to run and develop the Centre and spread Buddha’s precious teachings.
