Meditation classes

The weekly drop-in classes are designed to help you learn simple meditations which you can practise at any time.

Applying the methods taught will lead to peace and happiness, a sense of purpose, and harmony in your relationships.

Conducted in English, each class includes guided meditations and a short talk. Every class is self-contained and can be attended individually. No experience or booking required. 

The classes are suitable for everyone.

All donations are used to run and develop the Centre and spread Buddha’s precious teachings
