UNDERSTANDING STRESS & WORRY

Practical Solutions in Daily Life Offered by Ancient Wisdom

About the Talk

As human beings, it is completely normal that, from time to time, we experience emotional disturbances, with feelings of stress, worry, anxiety or even panic. Everyone, whether religious or non-religious, needs practical tools to overcome these disturbances in order to enjoy a happy and meaningful life.

In this public talk, Gen Kelsang Rabten will share meditation techniques on how to maintain a calm and peaceful mind regardless of external conditions. The teaching is based on the book How to Transform Your Life, written by the founder of the New Kadampa Tradition, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.

Translation will be available for Mandarin.
