The drop-in meditation classes are designed to help you learn simple meditations which you can practice at any time. They include a short teaching on how to live a happier life.
Each class is self-contained and suitable for everyone. No experience or booking required.
Most classes are held weekly.
THURSDAYS 11AM – 12PM
These classes provide an introduction to Buddhist teachings and meditations. Through these we can learn how to use Buddha’s advice as a solution to our daily problems. In this way we come to experience a sense of peace and happiness in our lives.

WEDNESDAYS 7:15 – 8PM
How can we make our life meaningful? By developing more inner good qualities, such as love, compassion and peace. We can achieve this through meditation.
The teaching will be given in English, with Chinese translation if needed.
Just drop in, no need to book. Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators. The classes include two short guided meditations and a teaching.

FRIDAYS 12 – 12:30PM
This class will help you learn meditation skills and gain an experience of inner peace.
Brief instructions are given (5 to 10 min) followed by a guided meditation.
All donations are used to run and develop the Centre and spread Buddha’s precious teachings
